Arent Fox’s Joseph Bowser was quoted in the Mobile Marketer article “Apple’s E-reader Efforts Under Attack in Latest Trademark Infringement Suit.” The article discusses the lawsuit against Apple over its use of the term “iBook” and “iPicturebooks.” According to Joseph, “The last year has seen an explosion in e-reader competition testing Amazon’s early market leader, the Kindle, so Apple certainly won’t want to lose any ground in its efforts to overcome Amazon with its iBooks app.”
