Arent Fox’s Robert C. O’Brien Quoted by The Associated Press Discussing Diplomatic Immunity
Arent Fox’s Robert C. O’Brien, managing partner of the firm’s Los Angeles office, was quoted by The Associated Press in a March 25 article, discussing an upcoming hearing in New York state court on whether former International Monetary Fund chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn is protected from being sued in the United States under the doctrine of diplomatic immunity.
