Arent Fox Senior Policy Advisor and Former US Sen. Byron Dorgan Interviewed on MSNBC

    Arent Fox Senior Policy Advisor and former US Sen. Byron Dorgan was interviewed on January 26 by MSNBC’s Martin Bashir discussing the race for the Republican presidential nomination and the 2012 campaign.

    Senator Dorgan served 18 years in the US Senate and 12 years in the US House of Representatives. He served in the US Senate Leadership for 14 years, first as Assistant Democratic Floor Leader and then as Chairman of the Democratic Policy Committee. He was a senior Senator on the Appropriations, Energy, and Commerce Committees in the Senate and Chairman of key subcommittees on Aviation, Energy and Water, and Indian issues. He served on the Ways and Means Committee in the House. Before coming to Washington, DC, Sen. Dorgan served as the elected State Tax Commissioner in North Dakota.
