Arent Fox’s Elliott Kroll was interviewed by Law360 following the US Supreme Court’s decision on the Affordable Care Act to discuss the impact of the ruling on the health insurance industry. In an article titled “Health Care Ruling Is Mixed Blessing For Insurers,” Law360 writes:

The US Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the entire Affordable Care Act and its controversial individual mandate presents a tremendous opportunity for health insurers to swell their customer base, but the boon to business comes with regulatory and administrative hurdles, experts say. … Elliott Kroll, an insurance partner at Arent Fox LLP, said Thursday that health insurance companies would be working in overdrive to enroll throngs of new customers. There’s a real possibility that people who have health insurance coverage now could see significant premium increases during that process, Kroll said.
