Legal Times recognized Arent Fox partner Kimberly Wachen as the “Best Real Estate Lawyer in DC” for 2008. The recognition was based on the results of an online voting ballot featuring a total of ten nominees. Kimberly, the youngest nominee on this year’s ballot is the second consecutive Arent Fox attorney to receive this recognition. Fellow Arent Fox colleague and long time partner David Osnos was awarded the prize in 2007.
