Arent Fox’s Lowell Brown was quoted in a recent Daily Journal article titled, “Health Care Decision Boon for Lawyers.” The article discussed how the Obama administration’s health care law is expected to trigger an influx of business for California lawyers guiding their clients through the sprawling package of reforms. “When the law was passed in 2010, we were looking at a 10-year process of implementing this thing, and now we’re back on track,” he said. “Regardless of what one thinks of the law, it can be viewed as full-employment-for-lawyers legislation.”
