NEW YORK — November 28, 2007 — Arent Fox is pleased to announce that Allen G. Reiter has joined the firm’s litigation group as a partner in the New York office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, particularly environmental disputes, trade dress protection, reinsurance, real estate, products liability, telecommunications, shareholder disputes in close corporations and contractual disputes. Reiter has argued and prevailed in numerous matters before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Appellate Divisions of the First and Second Departments of the State of New York.

Prior to joining Arent Fox, Reiter was a litigation partner at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP. He also served as an assistant district attorney in Manhattan, was associated with Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and was a litigation partner with Siller Wilk LLP and Cooperman Levitt Winikoff Lester & Newman, P.C. Reiter received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his BA from the State University of New York at Albany.
