Nettler’s practice centers on complex land use and zoning matters, historic preservation and conservation easements and the disposition and redevelopment of federal properties nationally and locally, as well as mixed use developments, retail, office and multifamily asset classes. Styles advises clients on business and project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general business counseling. Needle’s practice includes real estate transactions and leasing.
