WASHINGTON, DC – Arent Fox is pleased to announce that partner Deborah S. Froling has been re-elected to the Real Estate Investment Securities Association Board of Directors. The newly elected members of the Board of Directors will assume their role in January 2013 for a two-year term. The Board is comprised of individuals who have helped build the industry.

Deborah is a partner in Arent Fox’s Corporate and Real Estate practices in Washington, DC. She has extensive experience in public and private offerings of debt, equity, and convertible securities as both issuer’s and underwriter’s counsel primarily for real estate companies. She also has extensive experience in the tenant in common syndication industry and the non-traded REIT and equipment leasing industry. Deborah has been a member of the board of the Real Estate Investment Securities Association since 2010 and currently serves as chair of its Legislative & Regulatory Committee. In 2010, Deborah received REISA’s Distinguished Service Award.
