Jacqueline A. Weiss Joins Arent Fox’s Real Estate Group in New York
Arent Fox LLP is proud to announce that Jacqueline A. Weiss has joined the firm’s real estate group as a partner in its New York office. Ms. Weiss, 49, comes to Arent Fox from Baker Hostetler, bringing with her a broad-based real estate and finance practice.
Ms. Weiss focuses on representing institutional property owners and landlords, as well as institutional lenders and borrowers, in a vast array of complex real estate transactions, including: structured acquisitions and sales, financing, construction loans, leasing agreements, loan restructurings, and debtor-in-possession agreements. She also counsels clients on joint ventures and preferred equity investments, workouts, and multi-creditor bankruptcies.

A native of New York, Ms. Weiss earned her JD from Fordham University School of Law and her BA degree from Queens College. As an attorney, she has lectured at Fordham Law School and a number of professional organizations on a variety of real estate topics.
