NEW YORK -- The Real Deal, New York’s leading real estate news outlet, reported May 10 that Arent Fox partner Bernice Leber has been appointed by Justice Ellen Coin as receiver in a suit filed by Dallas-based Lone Star Funds to foreclose on $37 million in loans backed by a Manhattan portfolio of four upper Manhattan apartment buildings owned by Vantage Properties and New Jersey-based Normandy Real Estate.
