Aaron’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, occupational safety and health law, and government investigations. Aaron is also a member of the Political Law and Government Relations Groups. He advises clients, including political committees, Super PACs, and nonprofit organizations, on federal and state election law. He also advocates for clients with issues pending before Congress and federal regulatory agencies. Previous Work Aaron served as a law clerk to Judge Beth P. Gesner on the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. During law school, he interned for the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice. Aaron also served as a legislative aide to United States Representative Allyson Y. Schwartz (D-PA) during the 109th and 110th Congresses. In this role, he advised the Representative on transportation issues before the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and international trade issues before the House Ways and Means Committee. In addition, he advised her on labor, foreign affairs, judiciary, campaign finance, and telecommunications policy. Life Beyond the Law Aaron enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Julie, running, skiing, hiking, golfing (or attempting to), and cheering for his hometown Philadelphia teams as well as University of Maryland teams.
