Adrienne counsels clients in connection with a broad range of complex commercial litigation disputes involving antitrust, class actions, securities, business torts, and false advertising. Client Work Adrienne has represented clients in various stages of litigation and has managed complex discovery productions involving large electronic productions. She has also represented pro bono clients in matters involving constitutional violations against government agencies and criminal appeals. Representations handled by Adrienne include, among others: Foreign juice distributor through all phases of false advertising litigation. Major financial services company in a private equity limited partnership dispute. Numerous foreign electronic corporations through all phases of DOJ investigations relating to alleged price-fixing conspiracies. Major insurance company in an alleged bid rigging scheme. Pro bono clients in a widely publicized search and seizure case against ICE and Homeland Security. Pro bono client in search and seizure criminal appeal. Previous Work Prior to joining Arent Fox, Adrienne was a litigation associate in the New York office of a prominent international law firm, where she represented clients in various stages of complex litigations. During law school, Adrienne served as judicial intern to The Honorable Joanna Seybert in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York as well as The Honorable Nicholas Tsoucalas in the United States Court of International Trade located in New York City.
