Amy has experience in a wide range of labor and employment matters including assisting employers in establishing appropriate labor and employment policies and procedures in all areas of the employment relationship, including those involving compliance with wage and hour payment laws and regulations; discrimination and harassment avoidance; medical leave; protection of employers’ intellectual property and related matters; independent contractor relationships; employment hiring and separation practices; and workplace violence.
Amy also has extensive employment litigation experience in state and federal court, as well as experience representing clients before administrative agencies and arbitration panels, involving wage and hour, contract, wrongful termination, discrimination, whistleblower, retaliation and harassment claims.
