Prior to joining Arent Fox, Anthony was an associate with an international, full-service law firm and has worked as a patent attorney involving patent prosecution in software, electrical, and mechanical arts. He has counseled clients in technical areas including data security; biometrics and encryption; radar systems; mobile devices and their applications; medical, chemical, and agricultural systems; and software including search engines, analytics, and business methods.

After earning his bachelor’s of science and master’s of science degrees in electrical engineering, Anthony worked as an electrical engineer for several major leading companies including a global software firm and a global audio visual products manufacturer. He also managed a major client account for one of the largest information technology outsourcing companies in the world. Immediately prior to earning his law degree, Anthony worked as an engineer in the field sales organization of the world leader in embedded and mobile software.

While attending law school, Anthony was technical editor of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Review.
