Eamon’s principal areas of practice include antitrust, complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and contract disputes. He advises in the preparation and trial of complex cases, including jury trials, as well as the representation of clients in connection with Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and state attorney general investigations. Publications, Presentations and Recognitions Eamon is a member of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association, and serves on the editorial board of the ABA’s State Antitrust Practice and Statutes treatise, fifth edition.
