Eva Pulliam practices in the areas of advertising and marketing, intellectual property, e-commerce, and privacy.
As a member of the advertising team, Eva reviews advertising materials and advises clients on federal and state laws, including unfair and deceptive trade practices regulations enforced by the Federal Trade Commission. Eva also has experience drafting and reviewing promotion rules for contests and sweepstakes, as well as assisting clients with prize fulfillment documents and other aspects of client promotions.
Eva’s works in the intellectual property group includes policing, clearing, registering and enforcing clients’ trademarks. She also handles various matters including domain name issues and infringements.
In the privacy arena, Eva has worked with clients to prepare privacy policies and website terms. She has experience with helping clients comply with federal and state regulations, including the Red Flags Rule. She also continues to review emerging laws in the privacy area as they affect clients’ data collection, maintenance, and breach procedures.
