These industries include retail, education, healthcare, construction, property management, broadcast, communications, entertainment, building service contracting, and hospitality. He also has represented several governmental entities. Professional Activities Henry is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys. He is also the firm’s contact with the Employment Law Alliance, an international consortium of some of the world’s leading management-side employment lawyers. Publications, Presentations and Recognitions Henry is a frequent lecturer and has written articles on a wide range of labor and employment issues. Life Beyond the Law Henry is active in the Washington, DC community. He has served as chairman of the American Heart Association, Nation’s Capital Affiliate; secretary of the National American Heart Association; and chairman of the American Heart Association’s National Public Policy and Affairs Committee. He has also served as a member of the Executive Board of the District of Columbia Baptist Convention, the Sidwell Friends School Alumni Board, the Society of Human Resource Managers, and the National Advisory Neurological Disorders and Stroke Council.
