Client Work Jason represents leading domestic and international companies in such fields as online computer services, telecommunications services, software, multimedia, entertainment, and hotel services. Jason assists clients in selecting, registering, and protecting their marks both domestically and internationally. He has prepared and prosecuted trademark applications and represented clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office. His work includes litigating disputes involving claims of trademark infringement and unfair competition. He has advised clients on issues pertaining to intellectual property licensing and has drafted intellectual property licensing agreements. Jason also assists clients in policing and enforcing their trademarks and copyrights on the Internet. He has represented clients in domain name disputes under federal law, ICANN’s Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and Nominet’s Dispute Resolution Service Policy.
