His practice focuses on representing clients involved in False Claims Act litigation and government investigations. He also represents clients in a variety of complex civil and commercial litigation matters before state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution tribunals. Previous Work Prior to joining Arent Fox, Jason worked as an intelligence analyst for the Department of Justice. His work focused on criminal investigation of international drug trafficking and terrorist organizations. Publications, Presentations and Recognitions Jason’s publications include: Co-wrote “Intellectual Property Rights” in Legal Issues in Ophthalmology: A Review for Surgeons and Administrators, (John Pinto, et al, eds.), American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (2008). Life Beyond the Law In his spare time, Jason enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their two children. Jason also enjoys cheering on his hometown Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins.
