She has significant experience representing clients in federal and state court litigation, as well as international and domestic arbitration. Jennifer also serves as mediator in commercial disputes, and represents litigants in mediations and negotiations. Jennifer is a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee and actively participates in various pro bono projects. Her recent pro bono representations have included drafting an amicus brief to the US Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, and drafting a criminal appellate brief and reply brief to the New York Appellate Division, First Department and arguing the appeal before the First Department. Publications, Presentations and Recognitions Jennifer is a member of the adjunct faculty at the Fordham University School of Law, where she teaches alternative dispute resolution and coaches interschool competition teams. She recently lectured on the topic of international arbitration at the annual Center for International Legal Studies conference in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Jennifer also served as a speaker on the topic of experiential learning/teaching at the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution, Legal Educators’ Colloquium in Washington, DC. Life Beyond the Law Jennifer is a violinist in the New York City Bar Association Lawyers’ Orchestra. Jennifer is also an avid marathoner and road racer.
