Josh’s practice focuses on representing business and non-profit entities in complex commercial litigation. His clients include those in the health care, automotive, construction, restaurant, real estate, and information technology industries. Josh also represents landowners in various states in connection with Fifth Amendment Takings claims arising out of the federal government’s conversion of property under the National Trails System Act. Previous Work Prior to joining Arent Fox, Josh was an associate at a large international law firm where he focused on commercial litigation matters. Upon completing his law degree, Josh served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Manuel L. Real of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William F. Fahey of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Before attending law school, he worked as a consultant for a large information technology company. He also completed a Master of Arts in international relations from The Johns Hopkins University, specializing in international finance. Professional Activities Josh is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and the Italian American Lawyers Association.
