Loni regularly assists clients in clearing, registering, and enforcing their marks both domestically and internationally. She has prosecuted trademark applications and represented clients in trademark opposition proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office, and has counseled clients on other issues such as intellectual property licensing and copyrights. Loni has particular experience in the consumer products industry, managing international trademark portfolios for a major food, pet food, and beverage manufacturer. She has also advised clients on unfair and deceptive trade practices and issues relating to Federal Trade Commission regulations and guidelines and state laws. Previous Work Prior to joining Arent Fox, Loni worked as a paralegal in a Washington, DC law firm.
