The focus of his practice is general commercial litigation. Previous Work Prior to joining Arent Fox, Matt was a commercial litigation associate at a prominent New York law firm. During law school, he interned at the Federal Trade Commission in New York. Matt also worked in the publishing field for several years and at a telecommunications company. Professional Activities Matt is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Publications, Presentations and Recognitions Matt co-wrote the article “Warding Off Uncle Sam” for the July 2006 issue of Hedge Funds Review. Life Beyond the Law Matt enjoys playing with his young son and no longer has time for any other pursuits, except for fantasy baseball and complaining about the Mets.
