Client Work In addition to his general corporate and intellectual property litigation work, Nick has represented other corporate and individual clients in a variety of matters, including labor and employment law, investigations relating to commercial bribery and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and general corporate transactional matters such as corporate formation and planning and drafting related corporate agreements. Nick also has experience in litigation matters concerning trademark infringement and counterfeiting in the retail and fashion industries. He was also a member of the Alpha Omega Epsilon and Golden Key National Honor Societies and received the Sears B. Condit and Northeastern University Presidential academic achievement awards.
