He practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate acquisition, sales, financing, leasing, and general corporate transactions, including business counseling. Client Work Noah has broad-based experience representing borrowers and lenders in connection with mortgage loans, including multi-state and securitized transactions, syndicated bank loans, refinancings, and modifications. He also performs due diligence, such as review of title, surveys, leases, and corporate due diligence. In addition, Noah represents landlords in the drafting and negotiating of lease amendments, subleases, subordination and non-disclosure agreements, and leasehold mortgages. He also negotiates and drafts resolutions and written consents, operating agreements, and by-laws. Previous Work Prior to joining Arent Fox, Noah was an associate at another leading law firm. Professional Activities Noah is a member of the New York City Bar Association.
