Client Work Nolan represents a variety of health care clients in a litigation, regulatory, and compliance practice with a particular emphasis on fraud and abuse. He has considerable experience defending clients in government investigations and litigation alleging violations of the False Claims Act and other state and federal fraud and abuse laws. Nolan counsels clients on a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters involving Medicare and Medicaid, including the anti-kickback and self-referral laws. Nolan also has experience conducting internal investigations and advising clients on the development of corporate compliance programs. Previous Work Prior to Joining Arent Fox, Nolan was an associate at a large international law firm.
