Arent Fox LLP’s 12-lawyer practice represents smaller carriers and start-ups in negotiations with content providers and disputes with the large telecoms operators and incumbents. Litigation accounts for around 60 percent of the practice and recent cases focused on mobile content and Internet access and net neutrality.
