- Structured innovative, multi-project cross-collateralized pooled transactions involving complex real estate, bankruptcy, tax, subordination, derivative product, and other financing issues.
- Participated in structuring transactions and workouts involving permanent and construction financings, low-income housing tax credits, mortgage-backed securities, FHA Insurance, HUD Sections 8, 221(d)(3) and 236 housing assistance programs and private primary and pool mortgage insurance.
- Represented clients in financings involving low-income housing tax credits and the syndication of such credits.
- Represented numerous multifamily housing developers in the development and financing of 80/20 deals.
