• The owner of 600 New Hampshire Avenue, part of the Watergate complex, in connection with the negotiation of numerous office and retail leases. 
• The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc., in the leasing of offices and data centers throughout the United States.  
• Merkle, Inc. in the leasing of office space throughout the United States. 
• Thales Communications, Inc. in the expansion and extension of its lease for approximately 200,000 square feet of space in buildings located at the Gateway 270 project on Gateway Center Drive in Clarksburg, Maryland. 
• State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (and its affiliates), as landlord, in a variety of leasing matters involving a trophy office building in New York City, two suburban office parks in New Jersey and a retail condominium project in New York City. 
• Fannie Mae, as tenant, in the leases and lease amendments for space in regional centers throughout the United States.
• Various law firms in connection with leasing office space in Washington, DC.
• Representation of a REIT (sponsored by the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America), the owner of 101 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC (located one block from, and the closest commercial office building to, the United States Capitol), in negotiation of office and retail leases.
• A major cable network and broadcast studio office lease (including construction of the studio and an addition to the building to accommodate the lease) in excess of 200,000 square feet.

• Amerishop in numerous leases at its Streets of Mayfair mixed-use center in Coconut Grove, Florida, including Gap (for Banana Republic), Ann Taylor, Tommy Hilfiger, Nine West/Enzo, Benetton and Brookstone. 
• Fannie Mae, in its capacity as landlord, with a number of leasing transactions involving street-level retail space at Fannie Mae’s mixed-use project located at 4250 Connecticut Avenue in Washington, DC 
• Diesel in connection with its retail and outlet lease portfolio throughout the United States. 
• Lacoste in connection with its retail and outlet lease portfolio throughout the United States. 
• Forest City Ratner Companies in the lease of a 60,000 square foot Pathmark supermarket at Atlantic Center in Brooklyn, New York. 
• An affiliate of Acadia Realty Trust in a negotiation of a 200,000 square foot lease with Target to anchor the retail portion of a mixed-use development project in downtown Brooklyn. 
• Ermenigeldo Zegna in the lease of retail space for clothing stores throughout the East Coast. 
• Washington Sports & Entertainment Limited Partnership in the  lease to Vida Fitness, and various other retail and restaurant establishments, at Verizon Center (formerly MCI Center), the downtown DC sports and entertainment facility that is home to the Washington Wizards, the Washington Mystics, the Washington Capitals and the Georgetown Hoyas.
• Luxury Resorts & Hotels in lease negotiations in Florida, New York, Arizona, Washington, DC, California and Puerto Rico for various gourmet restaurants and other retail tenants. 
• The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in the negotiation of the Roof Terrace Restaurant and the KC Café restaurant leases. 
• Flat Top Grill in lease negotiations for several restaurants in Washington, DC. 
• ThinkFoodGroup LLC in leases inside the new Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
