We have substantial experience counseling federal contractors on the full range of employment and labor compliance obligations and representing those clients in investigations and enforcement proceedings. We advise federal contractors on the preparation of affirmative action plans, and in dealing with audits, enforcement litigation, and other compliance issues before the US Department of Labor. We also advise and represent clients in matters arising under the Service Contract Act, Davis-Bacon Act, and other federal and state prevailing wage laws. |
