Karen Ancharski is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice and the firm’s Long Term Care and Senior Living group. Karen represents firm clients ranging from privately-held companies to publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. She regularly counsels purchasers, sellers, developers, and managers on purchase and sale transactions, joint venture transactions, sale-leaseback transactions, and acquisition financing, construction financing, and loan modification transactions. As part of the firm’s long term care and senior living team, Karen works extensively with the firm’s senior living clients on real estate related matters, including the negotiation of single asset and portfolio management agreements for senior living managers.
