Eve concentrates in the area of finance, with special emphasis on municipal finance and commercial real estate. Eve represents primarily nonprofit organizations, lenders, underwriters, credit enhancers, and trustees in a variety of complex financings. She is an integral member of the firm’s national nonprofit finance practice, which includes representation in the vast majority of complex tax-exempt financing transactions completed in the District of Columbia. Eve serves as the chair of the firm’s DC employment committee, which oversees the summer associate program in the Washington office. Eve is also a member of the firm’s associate evaluation committee and diversity and inclusion committee. Client WorkEve has represented a variety of clients, including nonprofit borrowers, lenders, credit enhancers, underwriters, trustees, developers, and publicly held real estate investment trusts. Eve’s transactions have included the areas of real estate, health care, housing, and nonprofit and educational facilities as well as conventional commercial financings.
