David Dubrow represents financial institutions providing credit and liquidity facilities for tax-exempt issues, owners of facilities financed with tax-exempt bonds, and underwriters of tax-exempt obligations. He has represented parties in financings involving multifamily housing, hospitals, airports, educational facilities, industrial development, senior living facilities, highways and bridges, subway systems, solid waste disposal facilities, student loans, state appropriation credits, and general obligations. David also has extensive experience representing bond trustees, credit enhancers, and bondholders seeking to maximize their recoveries on defaulted tax-exempt bonds. Client WorkDavid represents equity investors and financial institutions in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of real estate assets. He has also represented clients in the acquisition of over $10 billion of real estate loans. David advises clients on senior loan and mezzanine financing, securitizations, derivative products, low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, and complex security structures. He represents parties in financings involving multifamily housing, hotels, senior living facilities, shopping centers, hospitals, airports, marine terminals, educational facilities, industrial development, highways and bridges, subway systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and student loans. In addition, he represents bond trustees, credit enhancers, and bondholders seeking to maximize their recoveries on defaulted tax-exempt bonds. He also has extensive workout and bankruptcy experience ranging from representing clients on the Drexel Burnham Lambert Group and Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. creditors committees and in the United Airlines, Delta Airlines, and Orange County bankruptcy cases.
