Mindy has represented clients in a variety of commercial real estate and general business transactions since joining Arent Fox in January 1997, including acquisitions, sales, financings, leasing, and development and construction matters. She has extensive experience with national rollout development and has led teams in the acquisition of both urban and suburban sites nationwide for the development and construction of various types of projects. Mindy’s specific focus is on the purchase and sale of senior living communities and hotels, including transition of operations and management and related regulatory implications.

In addition to representing clients on both the national and regional level, Mindy has also served as a member of a local zoning board, which has given her a thorough understanding of the application of zoning codes and related local issues affecting real estate development.
