Ike’s recent experience includes negotiating and drafting asset purchase agreements and ancillary documents for the divestiture of joint venture assets between domestic and foreign corporations, drafting licensing agreements for a prominent restaurant management company, and assisting a foreign corporation in establishing a US subsidiary, negotiating with and obtaining incentives from various state and local government agencies, and negotiating a construction agreement with its general contractor.

Ike also conducted research on the standard terms and conditions set by various auto manufacturers and their implications for suppliers.

Before joining Arent Fox, Ike worked as a corporate associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Washington, DC, representing mostly private equity clients. Ike also interned at the World Bank and IMF legal departments where he analyzed legal aspects of the World Bank’s investment and funding activities and helped compile a primer on financial intelligence units to assist IMF member countries in establishing anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing infrastructures.

Before switching to law, Ike was a seasoned international banker at JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley and worked at their New York and Tokyo offices.
