Dawn’s patent prosecution experience includes preparation and prosecution of applications in a wide variety of technologies, including touch sensitive displays, injection molding equipment, electrochemical cells, spectrophotometric calibration devices, cleaning products, electron-emitting films, transmission fluid exchangers, pharmaceuticals, ink jet printer ink formulations, foods, cosmetics, photovoltaic cells, genetically modified organisms, and pulp processing. She has provided invalidity and non-infringement opinions in areas including pharmaceuticals, spectrophotometric calibration materials, and cleaning products. Dawn also has litigation experience involving technologies such as touch sensitive displays and automatic transmission fluid exchanging devices.

Dawn is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), the American Chemical Society (ACS), and the American Bar Association (ABA).

When Dawn is not in the office she enjoys drawing with graphite and colored pencils.
