Jennifer Bougher is a litigation counsel in the New York office. She has significant experience representing clients in federal and state court litigation, as well as international and domestic arbitration. Jennifer also serves as mediator in commercial disputes, and represents litigants in mediations and negotiations.

Jennifer is a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee and actively participates in various pro bono projects. Her recent pro bono representations have included drafting an amicus brief to the US Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, and drafting a criminal appellate brief and reply brief to the New York Appellate Division, First Department and arguing the appeal before the First Department.
