  • Successfully modifying one of the District of Columbia’s earliest Planned Unit Developments to allow greater flexibility for a nonprofit owner in leasing existing retail spaces.
  • Assisted in the re-zoning of District of Columbia land to allow construction of the Washington Nationals Baseball stadium.
  • Providing real estate and zoning guidance to DC United related to potential locations for a new soccer-only stadium.
