Edna has experience in transactions in the areas of housing, health care, nonprofit, and educational facilities. She has participated in taxable and tax-exempt bond financing, as well as conventional commercial financing. She has represented lenders and nonprofits.

Prior to attending law school, Edna served as a financial analyst for various large corporations and focused on budgeting, financial reporting, and internal control.

In her spare time, Edna enjoys reading and traveling.
