Tiffany focuses her practice on patent infringement and validity opinions, transactional due diligence, and patent prosecution in technology areas including electrical devices, software, and business methods.  In addition, she prepares licenses and counsels clients on intellectual property strategy, portfolio management, and confidentiality agreements.

Prior to joining Arent Fox, Tiffany was an associate at a boutique intellectual property firm in Alexandria, Virginia, where her work focused on patent prosecution in software and electrical arts.

Tiffany enjoys cooking, hiking, skiing, and photography.
