Sam Cohen is an associate in the Health Care practice. Sam’s practice focuses on providing advice to clients regarding compliance with health care fraud and abuse laws, with an emphasis on compliance with the Stark law and anti-kickback statute. Sam also advises clients on reimbursement issues, compliance with the HIPAA regulations, licensing requirements, and other compliance matters. As part of his practice, he assists clients with drafting, implementing, and evaluating fraud and abuse compliance programs and HIPAA compliance programs. Sam also assists health care clients respond to government subpoenas and address related compliance issues.
