Prior to joining Arent Fox, Jason worked as an intelligence analyst for the Department of Justice. His work focused on criminal investigation of international drug trafficking and terrorist organizations.

Jason’s publications include:

• Co-wrote “Intellectual Property Rights” in Legal Issues in Ophthalmology: A Review for Surgeons and Administrators, (John Pinto, et al, eds.), American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (2008).

In his spare time, Jason enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their two children. Jason also enjoys cheering on his hometown Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins.
