• Representation of indenture trustees in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of Dynegy Holdings, LLC, Washington Mutual, Inc., PFF Bancorp, Inc., The ShoreBank Corporation, Global Aviation Holdings Inc., Advanta Corporation, Velocity Express Corporation, Bank United Financial Corporation, TOUSA, Inc., Propex Inc., Vesta Insurance Group, Inc., Pac-West Telecomm, Inc., and Fremont General Corporation.
• Representation of official committees of unsecured creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of Rock & Republic Enterprises, Inc., NPPI Holdings, Inc., Solstice LLC, Point Blank Solutions, Inc., and Designer License Holding Company, LLC.

Prior to joining Arent Fox, Ronni was an associate in the New York office of a prominent international law firm. She analyzed creditor rights and advised with respect to Chapter 11 filings of the "big three" companies in the automotive industry.

Ronni was recognized by the American Society of Legal Advocates in their 2012 ranking of the "Top 40 Lawyers Under 40" in Bankruptcy
