Prior to joining Arent Fox, Josh was an associate at a large international law firm where he focused on commercial litigation matters.

Upon completing his law degree, Josh served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Manuel L. Real of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William F. Fahey of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Before attending law school, he worked as a consultant for a large information technology company. He also completed a Master of Arts in international relations from The Johns Hopkins University, specializing in international finance.

Josh is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and the Italian American Lawyers Association.
