Eric has extensive experience litigating patent, trademark, and copyright disputes, as well as with counseling clients about intellectual property risk management, portfolio development, and licensing strategies. He regularly litigates entertainment and computer/internet law disputes for clients in the music and software development industries. Eric also has experience performing intellectual property due diligence and drafting and analyzing intellectual property licensing agreements. Previous Work Prior to joining Arent Fox, Eric was an attorney in the New York office of a large law firm. His past experience also includes serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan DA’s Office, and working as a technical consultant for a database developer in NYC.
