Matt has worked on a wide range of complex litigation matters with a focus in the practice of occupational safety and health. His practice involves counseling clients in various areas of OSHA regulatory compliance, including confined spaces, lockout/tagout procedures, machine guarding, and hazard communication. Matt has also participated in litigation before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
