Her practice encompasses trademark and domain name portfolio management, counseling, clearance and domestic and international trademark prosecution.  She regularly advises clients on worldwide enforcement and protection strategies.  She has also handled numerous domain name and Internet trademark infringement disputes and has won favorable decisions in several UDRP proceedings. Linda has expertise in the area of media and entertainment, including clearing television show titles domestically and internationally, and assessing the risks associated with the titles for use with programming and related products. Her practice also includes reviewing and negotiating licensing agreements and other contracts related to intellectual property.
