Adam practices in the area of complex commercial litigation, including business torts, false advertising, defamation, construction, products liability, and labor and employment matters. His work also focuses on white collar criminal defense and government enforcement. Adam represents local, national, and international clients in state and federal courts as well as in mediations and arbitrations. Previous WorkPrior to joining Arent Fox, Adam worked at a full service international law firm where he handled defense in securities and professional liability actions. He focused on complex business litigation, with an emphasis on securities fraud, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder derivative actions for several industry-leading companies.
