Eric’s experience includes representing investment banks, private equity funds, and public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and various other corporate transactions.
Representations handled by Eric include, among others:

• Assisted federally-chartered thrift in acquisition of national bank, including preparation of all regulatory documents relating to the acquisition
• Assisted private equity division of a bulge bracket investment bank on the acquisition of a multibillion dollar company
• Advised financial investors in cross-border purchase of majority equity stake in foreign company

Prior to joining Arent Fox, Eric was an associate at two prominent international law firms.
